Hey, I’m Dr. Sharona Cohen – mother, wife, Jewish immigrant, and therapist with a PsyD., 20+ years of experience and zero tolerance for BS.
Therapy with me isn’t about tiptoeing around; it’s about digging in, calling out the patterns that aren’t serving you, and pushing through the hard stuff.
I don’t hand out easy answers, but I do offer a real partnership and a plan that works—if you’re ready to do the work. Bottom line? I can’t want this more than you do. It’ll take time, and it’ll get tough, but if you stick with it, things will get better.
